Take the Guesswork Out of Personal InjuryWithout Hiring a Team

Solo Attorney Support provides ongoing personal injury consulting and case-management support to a small number of solo attorneys so each practice and assigned case receives focused, experienced attention.

As a solo attorney, I developed and settled six-figure personal injury cases without hiring a single employee or building a traditional law firm.

I bring that experience to your practice by combining personal injury consulting with hands-on case management. I review, develop, and manage your cases so you can focus on your clients and growing your practice. When the case is ready for demand, I use the foundation developed throughout the process to prepare a compelling demand that clearly presents the claim and its supported value. You review, approve, and update your client.

The case-management procedures, workflows, and templates used in your matters remain available in your client portal—giving you a repeatable system for managing future cases.

Why Utilize Solo Attorney Support?

1. Less Overhead.

You pay for experienced PI case development when you have a case that needs it. Defined cost. No permanent payroll.

2. Faster Case Movement.

Routine and complex tasks move forward without adding staff or increasing fixed overhead.

3. Unrecognized Value Identified.

Details are uncovered and damages are developed, with claim value fully documented through experienced PI case development.

4. Earlier Revenue.

Better development leads to better resolutions, earlier settlements, and fewer zero-recovery files.

Experience That Changes How a Case Is Developed

Personal injury case development is not simply a matter of collecting records, monitoring when treatment ends. The quality of the development that occurs along the way can materially affect what is ultimately available to present.

I bring an experienced personal injury perspective to each assigned file. I understand how medical treatment, documentation, damages development, liability evidence, insurance coverage, and the client's day-to-day experience come together to tell the complete story of the claim.

The experience informs how I work. I do not simply ask whether the file is moving. I ask:

What are we missing?

What has not been documented?

What damages have not been fully developed?

What information could materially strengthen the eventual presentation of this claim?

The monthly option is designed around the anticipated development cycle of the case. Routine matters are structured toward demand within approximately six months, while more complex matters may require up to nine months.

Your monthly case-management expense stops at the applicable cap. You know the maximum monthly-service cost when the file is assigned.

How It Works?

You assign the cases, I keep them moving.
1. You Assign the Case

After your firm completes client intake, you provide secure electronic access to the file and designate one person in your office as your point of contact.

2. I Assess the File

I review the existing case, identify what is present, what is missing, and what requires development. I then establish and maintain the case-development plan.

3. I Develop the Claim

I monitor treatment and documentation, develop the damages picture, obtain and organize records and bills, identify potential unrecognized value, and address the production work necessary to move the claim toward demand.

4. You Stay Informed

You receive concise biweekly updates identifying material developments, outstanding issues, and the status of each assigned case.

5. I Prepare the Demand

When the case is medically and factually ready—and you authorize movement to demand—I prepare the complete demand package for your review and approval.

6. You Get to Resolution Faster

Your cases reach demand fully developed, with the objective of maximizing supported claim value and moving the file toward resolution and revenue sooner.

The Economics Make Sense for a Solo Practice

A growing caseload creates a difficult choice for a solo attorney: continue doing every task personally or assume the cost and responsibility of hiring an employee.

Solo Attorney Support provides another option. You reserve experienced personal injury consulting and case-management capacity for a defined monthly cost—without recruiting, training, supervising, or carrying another employee.

Focused Case Support Expanded Case Support Median Paralegal/Legal Assistant Wages
Monthly Cost $1,500 $3,000 Approximately $5,241
Active Case Capacity Up to 3 active prelitigation/litigation cases Up to 8 active prelitigation/litigation cases Not case-specific
Additional Employment Costs None None Payroll taxes, benefits, equipment, software, recruiting, and onboarding may apply

The employee figure reflects the May 2025 national median wage reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and does not include other employment-related costs. Solo Attorney Support is not presented as a full-time employee equivalent; it is a defined professional service that allows you to purchase experienced personal injury support when your caseload requires it. Most importantly, you are not simply purchasing task completion. Your cases receive experienced development and management, your demands are prepared for your review and approval, and the procedures, workflows, and templates created through the engagement remain available for your future matters.
